Sadly selling our 1989 Excella. Purchased in 2021, replaced the AC in 2022, and this year replaced all plumbing (under the floor and in the cupboards) with PEX from intake to outflow. This means the one thing you should worry about with an older trailer - you don't have to worry about! This trailer has front twin beds, and the fold-out couch in the rear. It does not have any awnings. The first owner put down new flooring and countertops and all in very good condition. 25 ft. and pulls really well with our Suburban. We have two hitches and you can have both - we use the Reese, but we also have an Equal-i-zer. $25,000, and we will give you a $500 allowance for tires because our tires are 4 years old.
