Shell-off renovation.

I have hundreds of pictures and videos of each step of the process highlighting both the original condition and the renovated result.
I have all receipts available as well.

We have started stripping the paint, however, we had to pause when it got colder. Still need to strip a couple of the panels, end caps and roof.

No appliances, AC, or awnings.
No black tank as we planned to install Nature’s Head Compositing Toilet. The Argosy had a black tank above the floor so if you would prefer a traditional RV toilet it would be easy to add at this point.
No original taillight housing as it was too damaged to restore

Small dent in the rear galvanized steel end cap that can be fixed with Bondo and repainted. Other small dents that you would expect with age - overall the shell is in fantastic shape.

NEW items installed

4 New Tires - Goodyear Endurance - less than 400 miles on them.
Frame was in fantastic condition. Professional welder added steel in 2 places that we felt would be beneficial that was not in place originally from the manufacturer.
2 new outriggers
New steel hold down bracket at rear.
Frame stripped with Eastwood SCT contour tool, cleaned and painted with Eastwood Encapsulator and Eastwood Chassis Extreme Black.
New belly skin aluminum installed
New Airstream coupler
New Dexter Torsion Axles with EZ lube bearings and electric brakes.
New Magnum shocks (4) (recommend by Colin Hyde instead of Gabriel Airstream OEM shocks - see below as I do have the NEW Gabriel OEM shocks on hand)
New wiring for electric brakes
New RockWool insulation in the belly pan
New gray tank (INCA Plastics)
New gray tank plumbing and Valterra valve system.
New 5/8” Marine Grade plywood floor with sealed edges - approximately 12” in on top and bottom
All original glass windows completely restored - cleaned, stripped, all new gaskets and sealant
All original screen frames - frames were sanded, painted and new screen material, spline and fuzzy seal installed
