We are a retired couple coming to Land Yacht Harbor for the past 6 winters and enjoyed every minute. Once we decided to no longer tow our 26’ Flying Cloud, we upgraded to our current 2019 30’ International Serenity which is an extremely comfortable substitute for a winter home. It has many large windows and 2 skylights so you never feel claustrophobic, and beautiful light reflective interior that bounces light for space full of sunshine. The separate lounge area and dining area with plenty of storage provides home-like spaces where we watch cable entertainment on the television in the front and internet streaming on the television in the bedroom area. No pets and no smoking in this Airstream.

This Airstream comes with Goodyear tires with excellent tread, a tongue lock, a 4 point sway control Equalizer weight distribution hitch, and all hookups if you do want to tow. Both skylights replaced in 2024, and plastic toilet replaced with new elongated porcelain one in 2023. Original twin mattresses were replaced in 2025 with custom made plush organic cotton mattresses, 8” high. The propane detector was recently replaced. The hot water heater and refrigerator run on electric or gas for great flexibility. This Airstream includes the optional solar package. Throw lounge pillows, bed dust covers, and butcher block sink cover are included. All systems are available to see in use at RV Park in Melbourne, Florida. Come for the whole winter!
