UNIQUE 1961 SANTA FE SURVIVOR FROM THE ARCTIC

1961 Original Survivor Airstream Trade Wind 24 foot – rare California Survivor (Santa Fe Springs Built) There were only 133 units made and this unit was the 115th built making it one of the final 20 units built for 1961.
Spent 51 years (1968-2019) in the dry, salt-free climate of Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Canada. Trailer was relocated to Sioux Narrows, Ontario, Canada (2019) where we are now living.
Used as a bedroom overflow both in Yellowknife and now in Sioux Narrows, Ontario, Canada.
Located two hours south of International Falls, Lake of the Woods.
Hauls nicely.
All wood original in excellent condition
Front dining cushions/double bed have been recovered.
Gas system go over. Never used heater or water system. Fridge works on 120 but not aware about gas or 12Volt
Water tank and hot water tank
Original double kitchen sink.
Original shower/bath tub and sink, no toilet.
Original floor – had been overlayed before we purchased the trailer.
Windows screens need to be replaced.
One hatch and two vents - require attention or replacement (have one new hatch in the box)
Original 4 burner stove

None of the appliances have ever been used by us. Do know the fridge was working when we plugged the trailer in once.

Trailer is a great unique survivor. With a little effort this could be a lovely light weight trailer to be pulled by most vehicles out there.
