Needs mostly new rear bathroom. All intact otherwise. Mid full, lots of nice cabinetry. Could use new floor covering. Nice skin. Title but out of title… BOS too.

This old girl rolls nice,older tires hold air fine. Front Groucho, wrap kitchen. As is so you’ll need to check systems. Used as guest house mostly. Needs new front dome. Back latch. It’s honestly not a lot to make her roll nice. Make an offer; reducing inventory and giving monies to one in need here in our trailer person midst.
