Trailer is in fair shape and probably only needs minor work to be road ready, but everything is original with wear and tear and some damage. One wheel/tire isn't installed, but I have a brand new one (not matching) in my garage, along with new lug bolts. I bought the trailer from a landlord that was selling their rental house; it had been left abandoned on the property for about 3 years, so an abandoned title will be necessary, which I wanted to pursue, but I haven't had time to get it road ready for the inspection.
