1975 Airstream Overlander, 27’, painstakingly renovated and begrudgingly offered for sale.

Photos reflect the true condition, there are no known defects or covered up issues.
We renovated this trailer for our own future use, but our plans have changed. We prepared this trailer for ourselves to provide a year of off grid living and have never even slept in it.
Set up for solar and permanent sewer hookup, there are no grey or black tanks. 600 watts of solar, 3000 watt inverter/charger/MPPT controller with auto generator start function and flow through shore power feature. 450 amp hours of battery storage located over the axles.

The rear of trailer had early stages of “rear end separation” and was completely refurbished with new floor, frame stiffened with additional support for monocoque to frame/floor connection. New bumper storage area with 2” receiver for bike rack.

We created a completely new washroom with a built in place fiberglass shower as spacious as home (30×40), stainless steel counter top over a custom cabinet and a china sink, American Standard regular toilet and customized storage cabinet. The back splash features real ceramic tile.
New permanent bed with brand new memory foam mattress, spacious under bed storage, and all other original vanity, wardrobe and upper lockers removed, repaired as required, and reinstalled better than original. All new custom curtains on new tracks throughout.
New galley cabinet with deep single SS sink and faucet with vegetable sprayer full width drawers with full extension pullouts in galley with soft close cutlery drawer, and original bread cutting board with custom drawer inside. No oven, the large 4 burner was replaced with a smaller two burner propane top to free up counter space. Custom pull out spice cabinet next to the three way refrigerator capable of running on solar.
New period appropriate counter top laminate on new plywood, new DVD/CD/radio and 4 new speakers, TV on swivel and extendable wall mount. Living room cabinets rebuilt and custom cabinet created next to gaucho where 8 track used to be. Custom shelves behind table, table has two new legs and new edge trim.
All new waste plumbing and pex water lines. New vinyl plank flooring installed front to back, side to side under all furniture. All windows rebuilt with new spacer/desiccant, new gaskets and new tint.
No furnace or hot water tank, but lines are provided for external connection of an instant water heater. Texas title available.
