Title in hand. Bought to restore and too busy to even start.

I bought this as- is 2 years ago. The owner said all electrical worked. Lights do work when I plug it in. Otherwise, I don’t know much else. Windows are all glass. Tires in good shape. No leaks we have seen. No soft spots in the floor.

Ready for a remodel which is why the price is low.
