My husband was hospitalized and now we need to sell this vintage 1977 Airstream Land Yacht (31 foot) that has been recently used as my home for the last 16 months.

She has dependably traveled from the mountains of Oregon to the farmlands of Idaho. This vehicle is currently in eastern Oregon at my home.

Her electrical system could use some love for an off-the-grid experience but she’s ready for the party.

Her hydraulic lift system is installed but doesn’t work due to those pesky electrical issues.

Renovations include:

New subfloor base
Insulation
AC system
Removal of several walls and deteriorated areas.
Paint.
Known issues:

The door handle is broken and needs to be fixed.

The water heater is purchased but not installed (included in the price).

A fridge needs to be added if desired.

Some electrical work.

The bathroom is/was under reconfiguration. The original pieces are there except for the toilet.

Plumbing was in process with pex materials. 90% of the copper plumbing is removed.

I still have the original metal pieces for windows and trim. The windows are all working and original. There are some dings and scrapes on her exterior which is to be expected from a 46 year old trailer.

This land yacht is easy to pull. It’s low profile and aerodynamic contours provide less cross and frontal wind resistance, low wind noise, and superb handling even at highway speeds. One of the best trailers that my husband has pulled (and he pulls them for a living).

The wheels + tires are brand new.

Axles have been rebuilt.

All electrical lines on the outside are new and work.
