This 1979 Airstream Argosy (26ft) is truly a rare gem. It has classic, vintage charm but has been renovated to have every modern amenity. It’s perfect for a growing family who’s ready to hit the road and make memories. It’s off-road/boondock capable: with a 3in lift, solar power, 3x optima batteries, and a composting toilet. We custom built this Airstream to accommodate kids, even an infant. It features twin-sized bunk beds (bonus: the bottom bunk can convert to fit a standard size crib mattress [52x27.5in] with crib bars and a gate latch to open and close the crib). The removable crib walls make it easy to convert back to a twin bed when needed. There is also a blackout curtain that runs the length of the bottom bunk so naps (and privacy) are no problem any time of day or night.

It has a queen size bed at the front that converts into a wrap-around dinette that can easily seat 6 adults. We also included a ‘bar seating’ area next to the kitchen so you can eat without having to put away your bed. There is original, vintage overhead storage above the bed and extra large storage underneath. There is a stand-up desk next to the bed for those that work remotely. This office space includes a mount for a monitor (that can also serve as your TV).

The kitchen has a 4 burner gas stove with vintage overhead storage. The stainless steel sink is large enough not only to do your dishes, but even bathe an infant. The extended countertop to the right of the sink is multifunctional: the perfect space for food prep, eating meals (fits 3 barstools), or as a changing table. There is open storage above (perfect for houseplants) and cabinet storage below (diapers/wipes, clothes, etc). Under the countertop there is an open area that fits 3 large IKEA cubes (perfect for all the toys, school supplies & books). Opposite of the kitchen is a full pantry closet with slideout shelves and separate large wardrobe with a full length mirror.

The bathroom has a composting toilet (no black water!), shower, sink, medicine cabinet mirror, and towel hanging rods. An inflatable tub for kids fits perfectly in the base of the shower. This camper has vintage charm with modern updates and is ready to grow with your family.
