Original owner, selling for my dad, it just needs some TLC and a great pressure wash but structurally sound, no leaks or cracks, original windows without any cracks, fridge, propane heater and stove all worked before he parked it 6 years ago. New electric jack and new propane regulator.
We were gonna restore it before he passed away but I just don't have time. More pictures upon request
