2025 Airstream Flying Cloud 30FBT-Office
Two year old FC 30FBT-Office; hard to find floorpan. Purchased new in DEC 2024 from Southland Airstream (outside of Atlanta, GA).

Tires are the original ones shipped with unit with date codes of 2924 and 2824. I’d estimate 6,000 miles.

Factory upgrades include:
300w Solar Setup
2x 100ah BattleBorn Lithium 12v batteries (with heaters)
Side and rear awnings
Convection Microwave IPO oven (works great)

Aftermarket upgrades:
Dealer installed 3” lift (installed prior to my pickup)
Full Victron 24v Inverter system including: a Multiplus 2×120 24v Inverter, stock 100/30 MPPT (now utilized for ground solar array), Upgraded 150/70 MPPT for Rooftop future expansion, Orion 24-12 DC-DC (keeps factory 12v system powered), Orion XS 1400 DC-DC charger, Cerbo GX with 7” display. 2x Epoch Elite 230ah 24v batteries (equal to 920ah of 12v)

Truma Aqua-Go tankless water heater. Installed by Truma in Lakeland, FL location
Heim-built fresh water tank straps. Installed by Ramble Trailerworks in NC.
Hypervent Aire-Flow moisture Barrier under both Twin mattresses
Door side twin bed upgraded to the Denali 6.5” Memory foam mattress; still have factory original. This is my bed, factory bed just didn’t fit my needs.
Aircrafters metal city water inlet with quick connect.
Riveted market air vents on 6x vents; 2x closet vents have the 2026 upgraded vents as the RM vents prevent the closets from opening.
Living area tv is now a 120v 32” Insignia; stock 12v TV is still on hand for free.
Micro-Air touch screen thermostat in living area for 15k BTU GE AC/HP.

We used Starlink for internet with a flag pole mount that is used under the tires, extremely easy to get above the ground.

Unit was last used 7-12 OCT 2026 for NASCAR camping in Charlotte, NC. We tested everything that we could to ensure full functionality and had zero issues.

I know I missed more details. Please ask for more questions. I did not want to copy/paste from the Airstream website about the description to prevent wasting anyones time. If location is a big deal, I'd be happy to deliver the unit just about anywhere once the sale was finalized for minimal cost.
