Our AS has been meticulously cared for, never having used it in Winter and has only been stored in a climate controlled environment. All Pottery Barn bedding, towels, and pillows are original, luxurious and included. Lighting throughout this model is wonderful and feels like home. Outside ammenities included a screen door that brings the outside in, three awnings that extend and retract with the primary at the push of a button. The included outdoor hardwood bar shelf hooks to the window and is a fun added feature as are the bistro table and chairs. We have appreciated ease of hookups with the automatic stabilizers. All systems in this model make for easy set up and break down.
