Original owner, it just needs some TLC and a really good pressure wash but structurally sound, no leaks or cracks, original windows without any cracks, fridge, propane heater and stove all worked before he parked it 6 years ago, it does have a new electric jack and new propane regulator
My dad was going to restore it but he passed away and I just don't have time.
It's really a great trailer, just needs a new home. Asking 12500K OBO.
