OBO-This is a well-maintained travel trailer that doesn't leak and is ready to camp. I've used it for a couple of weekends while rehabing my 26' Overlander and now it's time to sell. Will deliver within 2 hours of Atlanta.

All systems are in working order with the exception of the radio, propane furnace and oven.
I have a new radio but haven't installed it at this time.
The furnace blower works but I use electric heaters to avoid any potential issues with the old seals.
I don't use the oven so not sure if works. Looks to be almost new inside.
Have the keys to all hatches and door. Hitch, load/ sway control comes with it. I got the new hitch system when I got the propane tank cover because it works around where the cover sits on the frame.

Refrigerator works on 110V.

When I replaced the fresh water belly pan, I repaired the small leak in the fresh water tank, replaced the hoses, and sealed the pan. 12V pump is newish and works fine.

When I removed the internal/ original city water regulator, I added 1/2" pex and gate valve and use an external inline regulator.

I camp mostly during the winter so all of the water pipes have been insulated. I use a bedroll on top of the cushions to keep the cushions pristine.

Previous owner installed the carpet tiles, updated the curtains, couch cushions and upholstery. They also installed the white vinyl tape to the interior. It doesn't bother me so I haven't tried to remove it.

The battery compartment door locks but the hinge isn't tight enough to keep it secured while traveling so I reinforced it with aluminum angle bar inside and made the wire bridle that you can see in the pictures. It has a lockable pull-action toggle latch clamp underneath to secure the bridle.
