I purchased this trailer from the son of the original owners in 2021, who maintained it meticulously and I have most (if not all) service records since it was new. I also have the original window sticker and owner’s manual. I have done an extensive renovation including, but not limited to:

Replaced the axles with Dexter 5000lb axles along with new brakes. New tires in 2025
Replaced all of the exterior striping and rubber trim
Repainted the metal Airstream decals
Replaced the flooring with LVP
New foam and reupholstered the gaucho couch with the same ultraleather used in the Classic with a hand stitched diamond pattern
Refinished the needed interior cabinets and matched the stain
New seals around the windows
Replaced the 9 front aluminum panels
New front jack
New Houghton A/C
New furnace
New water heater
New converter
Two new batteries in 2024
New faucets and shower head
New rear bumper
Two new MaxxAir fans with rain sensors
New vent/fan in the bathroom
Upgraded LED lighting throughout

The inside needs new front curtains and the top three rear panels have been previously sanded, but it is purely cosmetic. No major dents or leaks. It is currently appraised by my insurance company at $55,000 USD. The only reason I am selling is because there is another Airstream I am interested in.
