Thoughtfully and extensively renovated in 2024, blending clean, modern design with solid behind-the-scenes upgrades. It’s bright, fresh, and ready to hit the road—or become your personalized family getaway.

We designed it with flexibility in mind:
The rear space is a blank canvas perfect for a kids’ room (we’ve comfortably fit a crib + twin setup), bunks, a dinette, or lounge area
The front area fits a queen bed or functions beautifully as a convertible living/sleeping space (queen futon included).

Serious inquiry’s only - will send along a full list of interior renovations and all mechanical upgrades. Wallpaper on fridge peels off easily and exterior wear and tear as expected for an AS this age.

All renovations done in 2024:
-Treated all of the frame to POR-15 rust treatment.
- All new subfloors and replaced all insulation with rock wool for better mildew protection & increase the R value for better temperature and sound control
- Replaced all floor, wall and ceiling insulation with rock wool.
- All laminate floor has been replaced with click flooring with a multi layer backing for insulation
- The front roof vent replaced with a power fantastic fan that works great at getting the air moving in or out. I also have a new bathroom vent fan although I have not had a chance to install it yet.
- New sink and shower hardware with both sinks being in a gold/brass.
- All the interior lights have been upgraded to LED.
- The old mole hair walls were removed, sanded the aluminum down and painted everything white including cabinets and other walls to make the space feel bigger and brighter.
- 4 brand new tires in May 2024
