***PRICE DROP***34ft TRIPLE AXLE***

Shell does leak, has hail damage, and has had booth and couch removed. There is currently no furniture inside other than the bed platform. Cabinets, closets and bed platform are all in place and in solid condition. Everything except the furnace works (believed to be a thermostat issue). Never had any problems insuring it with salvage title. Awning frames all in working order but fabric needs replaced on most. Missing water heated cover on outside. One of the rock guards is off but is present. Fridge replaced in 2017. Air conditioner replaced in 2018. Shower pan needs replaced, doesn’t leak but looks ugly (someone patched it prior to us purchasing it). Would be livable with some indoor if parked under cover. Also would make a great re-build project. More recent photos will be posted by May 15th, 2023. RV in storage in Paris, Texas.
