Helping my folks sell there 92 Excella 1000.

They’ve had it 15 years, well cared for, solid as can be. New tile floor in 2019, AC replaced in 19 and the couch and the dinette were reupholstered in 2022. RBQ, newer tires wheel covers and many other things, everything works. Please see photos.

Trailer is a triple axle and tows exceptionally well and the approximate weight is 9000 lbs.

There is some light hail damage and normal aging for a 32 year old Gem.
