31 ft 1975 international sovereign land yacht. Sought after side bath with rear bedroom. Plumbing replaced with pex and new toilet by previous owner. 3 fans replaced with new maxx fans. Vista windows all removed, cleaned, and reinstalled and sealed. Body, windows with screens, door, rear bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen in pretty good shape. Soft spots in subfloor in front has been removed. and have run out of time trying to locate front leak with heavy rains. Electric refrigerator, weight distribution, and small pull out sofa included. Ready to pull home for a fun summer project!
