1992 Airstream Excella series M 29' RV trailer.

New battery just installed. The trailer has newer tires on it.

Trailer brakes work excellent. Trailer lights are functioning properly.

The roof and all the seams were sealed by me last season with silicone waterproof caulk.

The stovetop and oven work properly.
The water heater works.
The water pump works.
The interior lights work (2 bulbs need replacement)
Radio turns on and the speaker works.
Water was used last season with no leaking pipes.
The couch is convertible into a bed.
Vent fan works.
Windows work, they open and close.
Microwave works.
The door lock works and comes with 2 keys.
The electric trailer jack works.

The trailer has previous hail damage that was addressed by professionals at the dealership (prior to me purchasing it) The roof was professionally resealed and leak tested. i have the documentation and paperwork for that. IT HAS A CLEAN ARKANSAS TITLE (not a rebuilt title) there is 1 soft spot that was there prior to that, it is not an active leak and it was like that when we got it. Banks will loan money for it and it is fully insurable.

The A/C blows air, but won't blow cold
The Furnace blows air but not hot. We had it serviced twice and the technician recommended getting a new furnace due to parts being difficult to source.
The fridge/freezer does not work. I'm not sure what is wrong with it since we used it last season.
